Professional services

The app handles most of it.
Sometimes you want a person.

Disciplytics is software first — connect Planning Center and your dashboards keep themselves current. But some questions are bigger than a dashboard. When that happens, we take the project on ourselves.

Two ways to work with us

Start with the software. Add help if you need it.

Everything below is optional. Churches sign up, connect Planning Center, and use the app on their own — these services exist for the seasons when a church needs more than that.

In the app

Included with every plan.

Attendance, giving, fund health, serving, surveys and community insight — updated nightly from Planning Center. Most churches never need anything beyond this.

Professional services

When you want more help.

A custom study, a forecast, a full congregational survey, or someone to sit with your leadership team and work through what the numbers mean. Priced per project.

Services we take on

Projects for when a dashboard isn't enough.

Each of these is quoted per project. Tell us the question and we'll tell you what it takes to answer it.

01 · Most requested

Congregational Learning Assessment

You can run surveys yourself in the app. This is the full version: we tune the questions to your church, help you launch it, dig into the results across the five conditions, and write up what we find in plain language.

  • Questions tuned to your church, not a stock template
  • Help launching it and keeping response rates up
  • Breakdowns by tenure, life stage, ministry area and more
  • A written summary of what’s strong, what’s shaky, and what to ask next
02 · With your team

Working Sessions

We get on a call with you and your leadership team, walk through what the numbers are saying, and help you decide on a couple of things to actually do about it.

  • A plain-language walkthrough of your results
  • An honest conversation about blind spots and wins
  • A short plan for one or two areas worth attention
  • Extra briefings for elders, staff or small groups if you want them
03 · On a rhythm

Year-over-Year Reviews

We run the same survey on a set rhythm and compare it against last time, so you can see what’s actually moving instead of guessing.

  • Same questions each time, so the comparison holds up
  • Trend lines across the five conditions
  • A debrief session after each round
  • Office hours in between for questions that come up
04 · One specific question

Custom Studies

A building campaign, a pastoral transition, a ministry that isn’t working the way you hoped — sometimes you need to ask about one thing in particular. We build and run that study for you.

  • A short workshop to figure out the right questions
  • A custom survey and analysis plan
  • A findings memo with clear recommendations
05 · By the project

One-Off Data Projects

Forecasts, community studies, custom reporting — standalone work for churches that need one specific answer and nothing more.

  • Attendance, giving or participation forecasts
  • Neighborhood reports built on census and public data
  • Custom reports or data pulls from your church software
  • A one-time analysis tied to a decision you’re facing

How a project runs

You stay the pastor. We carry the data.

Projects follow the same rough shape. Expect about six to eight weeks start to finish, and only a handful of hours of your time.

01

A first call

We talk through your church, the season you’re in, and what you actually want to know. Free, and no pitch deck.

02

Build and launch

We write the questions, work out the timing with your staff, and get it in front of your congregation with framing that makes sense to them.

03

Analysis

We do the math — not just averages, but the segments and the places where the data argues with itself. You don’t get handed a raw spreadsheet.

04

Read it together

We sit down with you and your leaders, go through the findings, and land on a couple of concrete things worth doing. This is the part that matters most.

05

Come back to it

Six or twelve months later we run it again and compare. Meanwhile the app keeps the everyday numbers in front of you.

A good fit for

  • Churches already using the app that want to go deeper on one question
  • Churches in a season of transition, growth, or re-planning
  • Leadership teams ready to make real decisions from what they find
  • Congregations willing to answer honestly when asked

Probably not for

  • Leaders looking for numbers to back up a decision already made
  • Churches that just want the dashboards — start with the app instead, it’s cheaper
  • One-off audits with no interest in following up

Not sure what you need?

Tell us the question. We’ll tell you honestly
whether the app already answers it.
